Meet Elsie!

Elsie is a totally girly girl! She loves to dress up in clothing from all different time periods, and she likes having her hair done. Elsie is very caring and sweet, though, and she is always thinking of her friends. Her best friend is Addy (she is my friend's), who comes to visit sometimes.
